Change Lives Lives One Student at a Time
The DRC understands that providing your students with the best education possible is important to you, and we can help. We can evaluate your current dyslexia support program and offer supplemental suggestions. DRC consulting services support implementing dyslexia programs or bolstering your school district's current services.
We offer instructional support for classroom teachers and paraeducators. DRC can help your Special Education department identify students with dyslexia and formulate individual education plans (IEPs).

Add a Certified Academic Language Therapist or Practitioner (CALT or CALP) to your roster. With our 6-course + practicum Dyslexia Therapy Training Program, learn the science of reading, the science of dyslexia, and an in-depth study of the structure of the English language, including the most recent evidence supporting student fluency, vocabulary, oral language, and more. Contact us to learn more about our afternoon and evening programs once per week.
Universal Screening for Dyslexia should begin at the end of kindergarten. DRC offers a reliable and affordable dyslexia screening tool, the Shaywitz Dyslexia Screener.
With our online, evidence-based tutoring program, you can offer services to help children with dyslexia learn how to read and comprehend what they've read. Our tutors are Certified Academic Language Therapists/Practitioners (CALT/P) or currently training with us under the direct supervision of a CALT/P Qualified Instructor. We hold one-hour tutoring sessions three times per week and can coordinate with after-school programs. If you're a CALT or CALP, become a DRC tutor.
